I had a solid stay at Numa! Super convenient for exploring, just a block from Termini. The bed was comfy, and the room was clean. There was a bit of street noise at night, but overall, it was a great value for my trip!

for starters, i was shocked to find hot water non-existent for two entire days, offering a measly 20% discount was hardly adequate. also, a blood stain on my duvet and no toilet paper for two days? i expected some sort of upgrade or at least an apology in person but no such luck, just virtual nonsense, ugh.

8/10
Wicked cozy spot right by Termini, super handy for getting around. The room was modern, they had a coffee maker—great for the morning! Also, the complimentary snacks were a sweet touch. Just wish they had more cleaning during my stay—four days without fresh towels was a bit rough. Overall, definitely a good find!

Not exactly what I expected
I loved the modern design, with a lovely spacious bed and a handy espresso machine. Plus, the complimentary snacks were a nice bonus!
Street noise was unbearable at times, and the environment outside felt unsafe, especially at night.

The location is fantastic, just steps from the train station, making it easy to explore Rome with my family and our large breed dog. The room was spacious for our needs, and we appreciated the free laundry facilities — a real lifesaver during our stay!
My wife says that having more breakfast options would improve our experience.

The room was tidy and decorated as shown in photos, complete with essentials like soap, shampoo, and complimentary tea and coffee. The fast WiFi and laundry facilities were particularly useful. However, street noise was an issue, especially late at night, which made getting rest difficult. The hot water in the shower was unreliable at times, and the overall ambiance felt a bit commercial, detracting from the experience.
